About The Owner

Brendan Ball, a Charleston native, has been in the building industry for 15+ years. Brendan's passion for building was made apparent, at the age of 5, when he watched his father build a backyard fence at his childhood home. He appreciated the ability to physically construct something of value and use out of raw materials. At the age of 14, Brendan took a summer job with a local contractor servicing the Isle of Palms. From that point on, Brendan has been a part of numerous builds incorporating all aspects of home construction. Working his way up in the building industry, Brendan soon realized his aspiration to work one-on-one with homeowners to create the home of their dreams. Witnessing Charleston's exponential growth has inspired Brendan's strong desire to contribute to both the conservative expansion and preservation of Charleston's iconic appeal.

In Brendan's free time you can find him embracing all that the Lowcountry outdoors has to offer. Fishing, hunting, and other outdoor sports are his favorite pastimes. You can find Brendan on a weekend afternoon grilling out with friends and family enjoying a cold IPA.
